Our Ambassador Training Program is designed specifically for our employees who interact with the public during events. This program trains American Maintenance employees to identify themselves as “ambassadors” representing the event host. Event cleaning staff are trained to know the location of restrooms, food courts and information desks and to understand the importance of appearance and demeanor during each event.
